Practice Description
Here's my dirty little secret...supervision is one of the things I enjoy most about being a marriage and family therapist. I love coming alongside of and supporting a student or associate as they go from an uncertain, overwhelmed. and maybe a little clunky to a more solid, authentic, and open way of being in their work. My approach to supervision is a common factors and pragmatic one that is systemic, integrative, and interpersonal, with appropriate attention to self-of-the-therapist issues as they arise.
Office Information
My full-time job is teaching in University of Mobile's marriage and family counseling program, so my availability varies a bit by semester, but mornings and Fridays are usually my most flexible times. Supervision is usually held at my faculty office or done virtually, but I sometimes see supervisees at their place of practice depending on location and schedule.
