Registration Deadlines:

To register via mail, please complete and send the registration form by September 6, 2010.  To register online, by phone, or fax, please complete and send the registration by September 13, 2010. Please use only one method to register.  After September 13, 2010 please register on-site, based on course availability.

Early Bird Deadline:

Register by August 23, 2010 and save up to $100 off the regular registration fee.

Cancellation Policy/Refund Policy:

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and postmarked by September 6, 2010.  All refund requests for the Annual Conference are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.  There will be no refunds after September 6, 2010.  Cancellations not received in writing by September 6, 2010 will not be eligible for a refund.  No-shows will not be refunded.  In case of circumstances beyond its control, the AAMFT reserves the right to make necessary changes in presenters and content of the Annual Conference without notice.  All requests for cancellations must be sent to: AAMFT, Annual Conference, 112 South Alfred Street, Alexandria, VA  22314, and postmarked by September 6, 2010. Admission badges and tickets, if applicable must accompany all cancellation requests.

Registration Packets (Badge and Tickets):

If you have pre-registered for your courses and have not received your materials by September 6, 2010, please report to the registration desk at the conference to up your materials.

Tax Deductibility:

Your unreimbursed annual conference costs, including registration fees, airfare, hotel, and 50% of meals, may be tax deductible. Please consult your financial advisor for details.

AAMFT Members:

Registration fees are up to $100 less for all AAMFT members. See back pages for complete registration fees.

Non-Members:

Save up to $100 by joining the AAMFT and receiving the Annual Conference member rate.  Simply attach a completed AAMFT membership application to your Annual Conference registration form to receive the discount, or visit www.aamft.org and apply for membership online.  To request a paper application, e-mail the AAMFT at central@aamft.org or call the AAMFT at (703) 838-9808.

AAMFT ASSOCIATE MEMBERS:

The AAMFT is offering a reduced registration rate to associate members for the Annual Conference. Take advantage of a wonderful opportunity to learn from and network with your colleagues at a discounted rate.

Students:

Take advantage of the reduced student registration rate if you are currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program. Please provide proof of current enrollment with your registration form (a letter from your Program Director or Registrar's office).  Students who are also AAMFT members save even more with the AAMFT student member rate.

Conference Volunteers:

Students who are members of the AAMFT may apply for onsite volunteer positions.  Registration fees are waived for volunteers and they will have the unique opportunity to witness some of the “behind-the-scenes” aspects of the conference.  A limited number of volunteer positions are available and volunteers are chosen on a first come, first serve basis.

AAMFT student members may register for a volunteer position online at www.aamft.org.  Simply logon as a member and click on Update My Membership Information, located at the top right hand corner of the page.  Follow the links for volunteer information.

Special Offer!
For those who would like to pre-order your session recordings, the AAMFT is offering the option of ordering a CD set of all of the session recordings and handouts that are available, a DVD set of recordings of all of the Plenary Sessions, or both the Plenary DVD set and the sessions CD set.  This valuable resource has been added to our registration form for your convenience.  The costs include shipping and handling.
