AAMFT Reinstatement
Process
The Reinstatement application is only for former members of the AAMFT
that wish to reinstate at their previous membership level.
Former Clinical and Affiliate Members of the AAMFT can
reinstate at any time. Please

Former Associate Members can reinstate as an Associate Member if you are
within 5 years of your original membership date.
Please

to reinstate as an Associate Member. If you need to transfer your
membership to another membership category (Clinical or Affiliate), please
do not complete a reinstatement application, but
click here and choose the option that
best describes you now.
Former Student Members can
reinstate as a Student Member if you have not completed your graduate
program and if you are within 5 years of your original membership date.
Please

membership to another membership category (Associate, Clinical, or

best describes you now.
