Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Reception ($3,500)

Sponsor the excitement!  Each year conference attendees look forward to visiting the Exhibit Hall for the first time at the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Reception.  Sponsoring the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening Reception entitles sponsors to:

  • Sponsorship recognition in the Annual Conference Brochure/Invitation, which is sent to over 40,000 mental health professionals. For those reserved by May 3, 2010.
     

  • Sponsorship recognition in the Onsite Guide, which is given to all conference attendees upon arrival at the conference. For those reserved by July 30, 2010.
     

  • One interior booth in the Exhibit Hall.
     

  •  One free conference registration.

During the Author's Reception conference attendees crowd in the Exhibit Hall to have their books autographed.  Sponsoring the Author's Reception entitles sponsors to:

Conference Email Cafe ($3,500):

In our Exhibit Hall, conference attendees frequently visit our Email Center to check email and use the internet. Sponsoring the Email Center entitles sponsors to:

  • Sponsorship recognition in the Annual Conference Brochure/Invitation, which is sent to over 40,000 mental health professionals. For those reserved by May 3, 2010.
     

  • Sponsorship recognition in the Onsite Guide, which is given to all conference attendees upon arrival at the conference. For those reserved by July 30, 2010.
     

  • One interior booth in the Exhibit Hall.
     

  • One free conference registration.
     

  • Sponsorship banner hung directly over computer kiosks.
     

  • Opportunity to have company literature displayed at Email Center kiosks as well as company logo used as CPU terminal screen savers.

Plenary Session ($5,500)

Each conference attendee is invited to attend four Plenary Sessions while attending the conference. Sponsors of a single Plenary Session will receive:

  • Advertisement in three promotional slides that will be shown before the Plenary Session.
     

  • Mention of the sponsor in the plenary speech.
     

  • Sponsorship recognition in the Annual Conference Brochure/Invitation, which is sent to over 40,000 mental health professionals. For those reserved by May 3, 2010.
     

  • Sponsorship recognition in the Onsite Guide, which is given to all conference attendees upon arrival at the Conference. For those reserved by July 30, 2010.
     

  •  A half page ad in a 2011 issue of Family Therapy Magazine (sponsor chooses which issue). 
     

  • Fliers or other promotional pieces handed to all Plenary Session attendees' upon arrival.  (Must supply 2,000 copies of the flyer.)
     

  • One corner exhibit booth in the Exhibit Hall.
     

  • One free conference registration.

Exhibit Hall ‘Until We Meet Again” Coffee Break ($3,500)

Although we hate to see our Annual Conference end, this feeling is more prevalent with our attendees.  Over the 4 days of the conference, attendees have learned from the experts, enhanced their professional development and connected with and met new friends.  The ‘Farewell’ coffee break is the perfect way to showcase your company’s products and services one final time while onsite and be one of the lasting memories for the attendees.  Sponsoring the Exhibit Hall “Until We Meet Again’ Coffee Break includes:

  • Sponsorship recognition in the Annual Conference Brochure/Invitation, which is sent to over 40,000 mental health professionals. For those reserved by May 3, 2010.

Attendee Wi-Fi Hot Spot ($3,500)

Unlike the conference email café located in the exhibit hall, this opportunity helps attendees stay connected in the social media while away from their homes and offices.  In particular this area was created to serve as a catalyst for AAMFT’s social media outlet – the “AAMFT Community.”  All conference long participants can gather in this dedicated wi-fi zone and social network the events and highlights of the conference.  Wouldn’t it be perfect if your products and/or services were one of the things our attendees were talking about in real time?  Sponsoring the Wi-Fi Hotspot includes:

  • Sponsorship recognition in the Annual Conference Brochure/Invitation, which is sent to over 40,000 mental health professionals. For those reserved by May 3, 2010.

Division Leadership Training Breakfast Sponsorship ($3,000)

Each year in conjunction with the AAMFT annual conference, our state and provincial leaders convene for a full day of leadership training.  This opportunity brings together upwards of 120 state and provincial leaders and AAMFT Board Members.  This occasion provides the unique opportunity to maximize your company’s exposure amongst this influential network.  Sponsoring the Leadership Breakfast includes:

       Tent card recognition of sponsor (with logo placement)

       Verbal recognition of Sponsor by moderator

       Opportunity to provide company handouts for placement and/or distribution
