Job Connection

Since this is a new service, over the next few months AAMFT will be developing the Job Connection platform to increase the number of employers and job postings specifically for qualified marriage and family therapists and other behavioral healthcare providers.

For job seekers, the AAMFT Job Connection is a free service that provides access to employers and jobs in the behavioral health care industry. In addition to posting your resume, you can browse and view available jobs based on their criteria and save those jobs for later review. You can also create a search agent to provide email notifications of jobs that match your criteria. As a registered job seeker you also have access to the National Healthcare Career Network (NHCN), a network of over 270 top healthcare associations and professional organizations. AAMFT’s alliance with NHCN increases your reach to a larger database of industry-specific resumes and over job postings – giving you more control over your career advancement and a one-stop-shop to find targeted and quality employment opportunities.
