Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and postmarked by September 1,2012. All refund requests for the Annual Conference are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after September 1,2012. Cancellations not received in writing by September 1, 2012 will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded. In case of circumstances beyond its control, the AAMFT reserves the right to make necessary changes in presenters and content of the Annual Conference without notice. All requests for cancellations must be sent to: AAMFT, Annual Conference 112 South Alfred Street, Alexandria, VA 22314, and postmarked by September 1, 2012. Admission badges and tickets, if applicable must accompany all cancellation requests.
