- I help people who are seeking solutions to improve their life. I work with Individuals, Couples, and Families with adult children, age 21 or older. My clients are seeking help with Relationship Problems, Life Transitions, Personal Growth, Depression/Anxiety, or just wanting to examine goals and tools they can use to improve the quality of their life.
I assess the needs of the Individual, and may work from a Theoretical Orientation that includes Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt therapy.
You can expect to work on Communication Skills, Goals, Self Care, Stress Reduction, and How to Improve the Quality of your Life.
